    COVID–19 SAFETY PLAN

    In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are constantly evolving to meet the new challenges while also respecting our community responsibilities. Below is a list of our health and safety guidelines for the office as of May 21, 2020.

    Access to the Office

    Maximum Office Capacity is currently 20 people (50% normal capacity)

    All employees have been equipped to work remotely from home and are encouraged to continue to work remotely when and where feasible

    Employees are not allowed to enter the office if they have any signs or symptoms of Covid-19 or are otherwise sick with any ailment

    Any employee traveling outside of the country must self isolate at home for 14 days upon their return to Canada

    No family or friends of employees are permitted to visit the office at this time unless specifically authorized by management

    Physical Distancing

    Employees are asked to keep a physical distance of 6 feet or 2 meters whenever possible

    Shared Workstations are limited to use by 1 person at a time

    The Lunchroom and Boardroom are limited to use by 4 people at a time

    Washrooms are limited to use by 1 person at a time

    Cleaning Procedures

    Employees should hand wash, use available hand sanitizer frequently and avoid touching surfaces whenever possible

    Doors and handles will be wiped down frequently with disinfectant

    Reusable fabric masks have been made available for use by employees at their own discretion
