Christina was raised on Vancouver Island. She has also spent time residing in Vancouver and Toronto. Currently, she resides in Victoria with her husband and children.
Christina has been in the legal industry for 20 years working as a personal injury paralegal in Vancouver, Toronto and Victoria. The bulk of her experience is in personal injury litigation, although she has some experience in family law.
She has gained extensive experience working on complex litigation files such as motor vehicle accidents, occupiers liability and other insurance matters. She has worked on and managed files from intake to settlement or trial. Through her extensive experience working alongside senior counsel in Vancouver, Toronto and Victoria, she has developed a strong interest in trial and file analysis.
Christina has been fortunate enough to also work with a leading litigation lending company which allowed her to prepare legal analysis of cases for legal insurance purposes all across Canada.
After working at a plaintiff personal injury law firm in Victoria for several years, Christina joined Carfra Lawton in October 2019.
What is your deepest obsession outside of work?
I enjoy watching my boys grow and thrive. I enjoy watching and cheering them on with their sports and activities. I will forever be a hockey mom! I also enjoy playing soccer, golf and hiking with my husband and dog.
What is your favourite location to travel to in BC?
Having been fortunate enough to see several cities in BC with my son’s hockey team, nothing beats a beautiful sunny day in Victoria.
