Areas of Practice
For the past 24 years, Ingrid has practiced in the area of civil litigation, primarily focusing on insurance defence litigation for a large number of private and public insurers. Ingrid’s experience has included the defence of personal injury actions, as well as professional liability actions, including defending lawyers, accountants and realtors. Since joining Carfra & Lawton in 2007, Ingrid has continued to focus her practice in insurance defence litigation in the areas of personal injury, health law claims, and property claims.
