Chelsea was born and raised in Victoria. While a university student she was involved with many community organizations devoting her time to fundraising for the United Way, volunteering with NGOs and pro-bono legal clinics. She spent her summers between university studies with BC Fire Crews fighting forest fires across the province. She also has taken every opportunity to travel and study in Europe, South and Central America, Australia and South East Asia. When not at work, Chelsea is an avid runner and triathlete and enjoys racing in many local events.

Chelsea’s articles involved extensive courtroom experience in civil, family and criminal law. Since joining Carfra & Lawton, she has practiced in the area of insurance defence litigation, municipal law, occupier’s liability, and administrative law.
