Areas of Practice
Anne Cameron’s litigation practice includes considerable experience in defending and mediating civil actions. She has acted for a variety of clients in the areas of insurance law, personal injury and health law for the past 25 years, initially in the capacity of a nurse/legal assistant and thereafter as a lawyer. Anne’s former nursing career and subsequent legal experience in the defence of personal injury/insurance claims and the defence of malpractice claims on behalf of healthcare professionals (including physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, kinesiologists and optometrists) have provided Anne with exposure to many types of major loss claims, medical-legal issues and evidentiary issues regarding experts.
