Aron is a United States citizen and native Californian who began his career in corporate civil litigation with Fulbright & Jaworski, an international full service firm. There, he practiced in various areas of corporate civil litigation, appearing regularly before the Superior Court of the State of California and the United States District Court in Los Angeles.
Since 2008, Aron has been the President of Congregation Emanu-El - Canada’s oldest continuously operating Synagogue - located in Victoria, BC.
Areas of Practice
Aron works primarily on behalf of insurance companies and public institutions in civil litigation. He has also developed an administrative law practice, working primarily in the fields of Human Rights law and the regulation of health professionals. Aron’s work has included trials and Chambers applications at both the BC Provincial Court and BC Supreme Court levels, and he has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal.
