Jeremy is a member of the Law Society of B.C., Canadian Bar Association and Victoria Bar Association. He is a board member of the Chemainus Theatre Festival, and previously been a member of Pacific Theatre Society Board and a member of the Peninsula Players Community Theatre. He is also a coach for and Board Member of the Layritz Little League.
Areas of Practice
Practicing mainly in the areas of insurance litigation, municipal and occupier’s liability and personal injury, Jeremy conducts trials regularly in both the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court, and appears in the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal Chambers. Jeremy regularly represents clients at mediations as part of his civil litigation practice.
