Laura Miller


Laura Miller has a varied practice that includes insurance defense, subrogated claims, and insurance coverage matters. She routinely appears before all levels of Court in British Columbia including as trial counsel and has assisted senior counsel on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. Laura is a sessional instructor who teaches Insurance Law at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law.  

With a background in science, Laura brings her strong analytical and research skills to the practice of law. She enjoys working with her clients to come up with practical solutions to their legal problems. Raised in Victoria, Laura is happy to be back on the island after several years in Vancouver.
