Shane Hickey practices general insurance defence litigation with a primary focus on motor vehicle accidents. Shane articled in Victoria and has experience in Family, Criminal, and Child Protection Law. His time in family law taught him the importance of preparation and attention to detail, skills he has since transferred to his current practice. He has successfully appeared in BC Provincial and Supreme Court for both short and lengthy trials. He is well versed at mediation and takes every step to reach a resolution before trial.

Shane has lived all across Canada. Initially from Turner Valley, Alberta, Shane completed high school in Kelowna, BC and his undergraduate degree in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. He has finally settled with his family in Victoria where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
