Sarah Lundy

Associate

Sarah is an associate lawyer working in general insurance litigation including insurance coverage, municipal liability, personal injury, and property damage claims including subrogated claims. She has appeared in the Supreme Court and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Sarah began working at Carfra Lawton as a summer articled student in 2022. She returned to complete her articles in 2023/2024 after graduating from the Juris Doctor program at the University of Victoria.

While attending law school, Sarah spent a semester working at The Law Centre, UVic’s legal clinic which provides advice and representation in the areas of civil, family, and criminal law to clients who cannot afford a lawyer. In addition, Sarah volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, working on projects for the Office of the Seniors Advocate and the Migrant Workers Centre.

Prior to law school, Sarah worked as a research assistant on various projects related to neuropsychology, social psychology, and end-of-life care. She also volunteered for several years at Victoria Hospice
