Sara joined Carfra Lawton LLP as a Paralegal in January 2025 to provide support in all aspects of file management from commencement through to mediation, trial or settlement.  Sara takes immense pride in her work as a Paralegal and is determined to make a positive difference, taking a personal interest in and responsibility for all files she comes across.  Sara’s professionalism, strong work ethic and attention to detail are evidence in her work product and dealings with colleagues & clients.

Sara spent the first ten years of her career working closely with a few of the “The Best Lawyers in Canada” as recognized for work in insurance law by Best Lawyers.  She developed an expertise in the area of civil litigation, occupiers’ liability, property damage, motor vehicle and construction claims, personal injury and malpractice claims against various professionals.  Sara then spent the next almost-decade of her career working exclusively on managing ICBC defence matters as a Designated Paralegal.
