Fiona M. McQueen

Associate Counsel

Fiona was called to the BC Bar in 1985 and since then her practice has included general civil litigation, criminal law, employment law and family law. For the last 13 years, she has focused on personal injury defence litigation and family law. Fiona is results driven and views early resolution of an action as being just as desirable as a victory in court. This approach to her practice has led her to becoming a certified family and civil mediator. Whether litigating or mediating, Fiona brings a warmth and empathetic approach to her files.
