Grace R. M. Haddock-Lapointe

Associate

Grace is an associate lawyer working in general insurance litigation, human rights law, health law, and personal injury. She has experience before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal.

Prior to joining Carfra Lawton LLP, Grace completed her articles in 2024/2025 after graduating from the Juris Doctor program at the University of Victoria. While attending law school, Grace volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. She also spent a semester working at The Law Centre, the University of Victoria’s legal clinic which provides legal services in the areas of civil, family, and criminal law to individuals who cannot afford a lawyer.
