Joe D. Antifaev
Associate
Joe’s civil litigation practice focuses on injuries and property damage. He prosecutes and defends personal injury and professional negligence claims. He acts for health authorities and insurers in both defending claims and seeking recovery of amounts incurred.
Joe loves advocating for his clients in the court room, and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. While he loves being in court, he focuses on identifying and working up the key issues early on, which he believes tends to lead to the most efficient and satisfactory resolution for his clients.
