Originally from Vancouver Island, Lindsay joins Carfra Lawton from England, where her practice included representing insurers and manufactures in relation to product liability claims, mass torts, recalls and regulatory issues. Notably, she was a key member of the team representing the successful defendant in the DePuy Pinnacle Metal-on-Metal Hip Litigation, a complex product liability group action, which clarified the legal test for defective products, under European consumer protection legislation, as transposed into UK law.

Having completed the process of transferring her qualifications from England and Wales to British Columbia Lindsay joins Carfra Lawton as an Associate. She brings an international perspective and experience in providing strategic and practical advice to clients across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
