Megan B. MacNeil

Articled Student

Megan MacNeil practices general insurance law. Her practice includes personal injury, health law, medical malpractice, occupiers’ liability, and insurance coverage.

Megan received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2022. Prior to law school, she studied Hispanic Studies at the University of Victoria.

While in law school, Megan volunteered as a case worker and intake support worker at Community Legal Aid in Windsor, a clinic that offers legal services to low-income and vulnerable people in Windsor-Essex County. During her second year of law school, Megan worked as a Research Assistant in migrant law and volunteered as an English and Spanish translator assisting refugee claimants at medical appointments.

Megan joined Carfra Lawton LLP as a summer articled student in 2021 and returned for her 2022/2023 articling year.
