Sadaf Pourmand

Associate

Sadaf Pourmand practices civil litigation with a focus on insurance coverage, personal injury, human rights law, strata matters, construction disputes, medical malpractice, and occupiers’ liability.  In her practice, Sadaf believes that clear communication is key and ensures she understands all angles of any given claim. She works closely with her clients to develop a plan of action suited to their unique circumstances. Sadaf has represented clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, at various administrative boards and tribunals, and in alternate forms of dispute resolution processes, including mediations and arbitrations.

Prior to joining Carfra Lawton, Sadaf practiced as a general practitioner and obtained experience in a variety of different areas of law, including: general civil litigation, employment law, administrative law, estate planning, real estate, corporate and commercial law. This experience provides Sadaf with a unique insight and strategic know-how for mounting strong legal defences in her current practice.
