Sarah Lundy

Articled Student

Sarah has returned for her articles in 2023/2024 after having worked at Carfra Lawton as a summer articled student in 2022. She recently graduated from the Juris Doctor program at the University of Victoria. Sarah Lundy works in general insurance defence litigation including municipal liability, insurance coverage, personal injury, and health law. She has appeared at the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

While attending law school, Sarah spent a semester working at The Law Centre, UVic’s legal clinic which provides advice and representation in the areas of civil, family, and criminal law to clients who cannot afford a lawyer. In addition, Sarah volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, working on projects for the Office of the Seniors Advocate and the Migrant Workers Centre.

Prior to law school, Sarah worked as a research assistant on various projects related to neuropsychology, social psychology, and end-of-life care. She also volunteered for several years at Victoria Hospice.
