Sean T. Foote

Associate

Sean Foote is a commercial litigator specializing in business disputes, subrogation and recovery claims.

Sean’s insurance practice is focused on advancing subrogated claims in matters involving property damage, construction deficiencies, automobile and product liability claims. He has represented hundreds of subrogated clients before provincial and supreme courts in British Columbia, the Court of the King’s Bench of Alberta, the Court of the King’s Bench of Saskatchewan and the Court of the King’s Bench of Manitoba.

Sean frequently accepts subrogated claims on a contingency fee basis, receiving payment only when he achieves a successful outcome for the clients. Although ready to take a matter to court, Sean aims to resolve cases quickly and efficiently for his clients.

In his commercial practice, Sean regularly advises clients on disputes arising out of contractual-related issues, unsecured debts, construction disputes and general commercial disputes.
