Tim Wedge is an experienced litigator who specializes in the defence of professionals and institutions. His practice includes health law, professional liability, construction, property damage, and insurance coverage.

Tim believes in the value of alternative dispute resolution and has extensive mediation experience, but he is also comfortable turning to his courtroom experience to effectively resolve matters. Tim has appeared before the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal in British Columbia and has made written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. Tim has also appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal and the Coroner’s Court.
